Daniel Stein, LEED AP and AIA, President

Dan Stein is a licensed architect in the State of California and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).  He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Arizona State University and an advanced degree in Hazardous Materials Management from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is also a Certified Facilities Manager with the International Facilities Management Association.

He has over 30 years of experience in architecture, project management, construction, and property management. He has served as an executive at Ahmanson Commercial Development Company, Avison Young, Jones Lang LaSalle, Skidmore Owings Merrill Architects, Trammell Crow Company and Transamerica Financial Services.

With expertise in real estate, design and construction, Dan Stein effectively develops strong project teams to ensure that the project objectives are achieved with ideal results at or below the projected cost.
