Downtown West Medical Office Building

For this fast-track project, PFM Solutions worked with the project team to construct a 60,000-square-foot building and 490-car, 9-level parking structure. From initial conception, the project was designed, obtained city approvals and was constructed and occupied in 22 months.  Planning began in 2014 and the project was completed in 2016.
