PFM Solutions assisted Elbar Investments with the repositioning of their existing 11-acre parcel with 13 existing buildings to create the San Fernando Valley’s first Creative Office Campus. Planning and conceptual design started in 2011 and construction of the first building began in 2013 with construction and lease-up completing in 2014.  Since then, 8 additional buildings have been converted to Creative Office. Project rents went from under $1.00/foot to over $2.85/foot. The project is currently fully leased.
